On June 17, 1994, 95 million people were watching a car chase live on national television. The police were chasing a white SUV on the Los Angeles freeway. What was strange about this chase was that the getaway car was a powerful off-road SUV. But the driver was driving incredibly slow, just 35 mph.

The wanted man in the car had been charged with 2 murders just days prior and was now on the run. What’s interesting for us? He was driving a 1993 Ford Bronco.
